  • Conditions of Sponsorship

    • Category Mergers
      Race categories may be merged on the day of the event depending on entry numbers or event logistics. In the event of a merger, all sponsors of the affected categories will be given equal exposure and recognition during race-day announcements and promotions.

    • Sponsorship Approval
      All sponsorship applications are subject to approval by Northern BMX Club (NBMX). NBMX reserves the right to reject any sponsorship that does not align with the club's values or sponsorship policies. In such cases, any payments received will be fully refunded, and no promotional or sponsorship activities will be undertaken.
